Professional Services
Trauma informed and culturally aware
Offerings
Offering trauma-informed services for people, families, clinicians or organizations who are seeking deeper healing, understanding, and reconnection in both Ontario and Alberta. My approach is relational, holistic, and grounded in the belief that healing happens within relationships, with ourselves, with others, with the land, and with spirit. My work is guided by a Two-Eyed Seeing perspective, honouring both Western therapeutic knowledge and Indigenous ways of knowing for people of all walks of life.
Services suitable for all, Indigenous and Non-Indigenous clients.

Therapy Services
Rooted in compassion and cultural safety, my therapy practice supports individuals navigating the impacts of trauma, including colonial violence, generational grief and sexual abuse. I offer a holistic, two-eyed seeing, approach that honours the mind, body, spirit, and land, drawing on both clinical practices and Indigenous ways of knowing to support deep, meaningful healing, while weaving in Western approaches like EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Gottman Method and Family Systems.

Supervision
I provide supportive, culturally-informed clinical supervision for newer therapists, and mental health professionals. Grounded in trauma-informed and anti-oppressive frameworks, my supervision approach encourages reflection, accountability, and growth—centering cultural humility and Indigenous worldviews as part of ethical, holistic care.
(As a RMFT - supervisor qualifying, I access regular mentorship to ensure excellence in my services.)

Consultation
I offer consultation services for organizations and experienced practitioners seeking to enhance their practice. This includes diving deeper into trauma-informed practices, like EMDR; learning how to address colonial dynamics in service delivery through a process of unlearning and reflection; or exploring how to safely work systemically with couples, families or communities, to name a few. Each consultation is tailored to your unique needs, fostering inclusive, holistic, and respectful paths forward.
Rooted in Culture, Open to All
Honouring Indigenous knowledge while creating safe spaces for all communities to learn, grow, and connect.
