At Sacred Reconnections Wellness Services, we hold space for healing, learning, and connection rooted in respect, care, and mutual accountability. These relational agreements are shared with you in the spirit of transparency, so we can enter into this space with understanding and integrity. By choosing to engage with this website, or by participating in services, classes, or retreats, you are acknowledging and agreeing to walk in a good way together, with these values in mind.

1. Honouring This Space

This website was created to share offerings, invite connection, and provide information about the services we hold. We ask that you use this space with respect—do not copy or use the content or images without permission.

2. Booking and Offerings

When you book a session, class, or retreat, you are entering into a shared commitment. You will be given clear information about the offering, including fees, location, and cancellation guidelines. Please take care to read and honour these details so we can co-create a smooth and respectful experience.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Life happens—and we understand that. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give as much notice as possible (ideally 24–48 hours). Missed appointments without notice may result in a charge. This supports sustainability and respect for everyone’s time and energy.

4. Circle of Care

We offer trauma-informed, culturally grounded services within our scope as mental health and wellness professionals. These offerings are not a replacement for emergency care. If you are in crisis, please seek immediate support from local emergency services or a crisis line.

5. Holding Safe Space

All people are welcome in this space. In return, we ask that you show up with openness, care, and a willingness to respect the space, the land, and one another. Harmful or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

 

6. Wisdom and Creativity

The teachings, movement practices, and written materials shared here are rooted in personal, professional, and cultural knowledge. Please honour the intellectual and creative property of these offerings and do not reproduce them without consent.

7. Responsibility and Respect

We walk with the intention to offer grounded, heart-centered care. However, participation in offerings is voluntary, and each person is responsible for their own wellness journey. Sacred Reconnections Wellness Services is not liable for any outcomes resulting from use of this site or participation in services, to the extent permitted by law.
