Holistic Offerings
Sacred Spaces for Movement, Healing, and Reconnection
In addition to psychotherapy and professional services, I offer holistic and experiential opportunities designed to support connection, reflection, and collective learning. These offerings create space for individuals, families, and communities to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural rhythms that support wellbeing. Holistic offerings may include workshops, movement-based classes, and group events or retreats.

Natural Rhythms
Classes
Natural Rhythms is an inclusive, trauma-informed movement experience that weaves together intuitive movement, rhythm, bilateral stimulation, mindfulness, and Indigenous wisdom. Designed to nurture reconnection with the body, this class invites participants to explore the healing power of movement, breath, and presence—awakening the sacred medicine within. With variations for both adults and children, Natural Rhythms welcomes every body and encourages each participant to discover their own natural rhythm and move in a way that feels authentic and restorative to their unique body, in the present moment. Careful attention is given to music, lighting and props to ensure a memorable experience for all.

Holistic Retreats
& Events
Our holistic retreats offer a sacred space for rest, reflection, and renewal. Rooted in Indigenous values and trauma-informed care, each retreat weaves together healing practices such as movement, ceremony, land connection, creative expression, and community. These gatherings are designed to support deep reconnection to self, culture, and spirit, nurturing the journey back to wholeness.
Retreats may include:
-
Women’s gatherings and retreats
-
Couples retreats
-
