Exchange & Energy Return Policy

At Sacred Reconnections Wellness Services, we believe in reciprocity, clarity, and trust in our relationships. We understand that life is ever-changing, and we hold space for flexibility where possible—while also honoring the time, energy, and preparation that go into each offering.

This exchange policy is offered in the spirit of mutual care and accountability.

Classes, Workshops & Retreats

Registration Fees: Many of our offerings require a non-refundable deposit to hold your space. This reflects the energy, preparation, and supplies invested ahead of time.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel, we invite you to contact us with as much notice as possible. When notice is given at least 7 days in advance, we will offer a full refund (minus the deposit, if applicable) or transfer your registration to a future offering.
Late Cancellations (less than 7 days before the event) may not be eligible for a refund unless the spot can be filled. However, we always invite conversation—life happens, and we are open to working with you.
No-shows without notice are not eligible for a refund.

Therapy, Supervision & Consultation Sessions

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full fee, except in the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We trust your judgment and encourage open communication.
If you need to cancel due to illness, grief, or family care, we will work with you compassionately to find an alternative.

Sliding Scale & Financial Hardship

We offer select sliding scale spots to increase accessibility and reduce barriers to care. If finances are a concern, please reach out—we believe that healing should be rooted in relationship, not in rigid systems.
