Service Description

At Sacred Reconnections Wellness Services, we provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy through a Two-Eyed Seeing approach—honoring both Indigenous wisdom and Western evidence-based practices.  Trained in EMDR & Narrative Therapy, using various therapeutic tools, I help clients explore their stories, set realistic goals, process trauma, reconnect with their inner strength, and restore balance in mind, body, heart, and spirit. Grounded in respect, cultural awareness, and holistic healing, this approach empowers individuals, couples, and families to move forward with resilience and clarity.
