Clinical Supervision

Service Description

Supervision for new (or newer) therapists fulfilling registration requirements and those seeking ongoing consultation to uphold ethical practice. Grounded in Two-Eyed Seeing and a strength-based approach, our supervision helps professionals develop their clinical identity while working in ways that honor both Western evidence-based practices and Indigenous knowledge systems. Decolonizing our practice means questioning dominant frameworks, uplifting Indigenous voices, and fostering a more relational, culturally safe approach to healing Supervision provides a structured and supportive space to build clinical confidence, deepen therapeutic understanding, and reflect on the complex relational dynamics that arise in therapy. Together we may explore case conceptualization, ethical considerations, trauma-informed practice, and the therapist’s own experience within the work.
